Privacy Policy
This policy explains what AcquireOS collects, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect
We collect account and contact information; buyer-profile preferences; acquisition opportunities, financial assumptions, tasks, and uploaded documents; beta-application responses; subscription and transaction metadata; support communications; and technical information such as device, browser, pages viewed, performance, security, and error logs. Stripe receives payment-card information directly.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure your workspace, authenticate users, process subscriptions, generate requested analyses, provide support, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, understand product usage, and comply with law. We do not use customer deal documents to make decisions on behalf of lenders or investors.
AI processing
When you request document analysis, relevant document content is transmitted through our hosted AI infrastructure to generate the requested output. Do not upload unnecessary personal or highly sensitive information. AI results may be incomplete or wrong and require human verification.
Service providers and disclosures
We use providers including Supabase for authentication, databases, and file storage; Vercel for application hosting, logs, performance, and privacy-oriented analytics; Stripe for billing; and hosted AI providers for user-requested analysis. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate protections.
Selling and targeted advertising
AcquireOS does not sell personal information. We do not currently use customer information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that changes, we will update this policy and provide legally required choices.
Retention and security
We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably needed for service, security, dispute, tax, and legal purposes. Retention periods vary by record type. We use access controls, encrypted connections, private document storage, customer-isolation policies, and monitoring, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may access or correct profile information, export available account data, delete opportunities and documents, manage billing, or request account deletion through Account settings. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information and to appeal a denied request. We may verify your identity before acting.
Children and international use
AcquireOS is not directed to children under 18. The service is operated from the United States. If you use it elsewhere, information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product and law evolve. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice for material changes when appropriate.
